Time Change for BATTY Ride - 6:30

I mentioned in another thread that the start for the BATTY ride needs to be changed to 6:30. Starting at 7:00 will put us too close to sunset.

No objections, so I guess we'll go with it.

Tuesday, September 9 at 6:30pm in the parking lot behind Oconee Outfitters. The route is 3 miles on major streets in Milledgeville. http://www.mapmyride.com/ride/united-states/ga/milledgeville/958190169296

We will follow the rules of the road. If a light turns red before the whole group gets through, we will stop and wait for a green light. There are two regrouping stops along the route so everyone will be able to catch up if left behind.

This is a ride to demonstrate that bicycles, just like cars, belong on the streets of Milledgeville.

Think of some BATTY ideas to decorate your bike and yourself. Make it fun, but keep it safe.
