Please do not give away the results of Tour de France stage results in the title of a post. Some of us go to great lengths to be able to watch the replays at home without knowing the outcome.
If you want to discuss the current day's stage, please put "spoiler" in the thread title so that anyone trying to avoid knowing what happened will know not to read it until they have viewed the stage.
Next day discussions are fair game within the threads, but still should not reveal winners in the title.
Thanks from a Tour junkie. :)

There is nothing that could spoil the beauty of a bicycle race in the French Alps. Even if I knew the winner, I would still watch just to see the rocky crags, waterfalls, old castles, cheering fans, and the blur of color that is the peleton at full speed.
Viva le Tour!

A few years back, a well intentioned coworker spoiled one of the greteast stages ever for me by casually saying in the lunch line, "I see your boy Armstrong got knocked down by a fan and still got up and won the race."
I still give him a hard time about that one. In fact, I think I'll go yell at him now.
Not a roadie by any means but I love the tdf-
The mere fact that a human can do what they do is utter amazement to me.

I'm with you regarding the above statement only, COMMUNICOMM doesn't offer a channel that I can watch it and their internet has been less than dependable of late. That said-speak, spoil, tattletail, or spill the beans. Anything good is appreciated at this point and I'm with Benny-"An entertaining tour so far" NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!

Actually Joe, Communicomm does offer it in their expanded package. I guess the only reason I pay the extra $$$ is to get "Speed Channel" (for motocross coverage) and "Verses" (for the TdF), I certainly don't watch anything else on the "expanded" package.
Can't wait for today's stage, it should be epic. Does Vandevelde (sp?) have a chance to finish on the podium...or win for that matter? I guess today will tell the tale, Alp d'huez will make him or break him, I guess.
