Saturday morning was a good time for a bike ride. My good friends Tom and Blair came down from the Atlanta area to ride with us. They rode with Lori, Michael and me from our house to the Coopers Fire Dept., where we met Kathy and Jeff on their nice new bikes.
There was very little traffic and a few dogs who were mostly not too aggressive while letting us know they were the masters of their yards.:rolleyes: Lori opted for a shorter route as the rest of us rode to Pancras, past the mansion to Salem Church Road, along Hwy 49 to County Line Church Road to CC Camp. Where CC Camp intersected JF Hall, some turned left and headed back while the rest of us followed JF Hall to the end at Hwy 243 near Ivey. There we turned back and headed back to Coopers. The longest route was 24 miles.
We rode at a casual pace and enjoyed the nice day and the recently repaved gently rolling roads. It was really nice and relaxing. A nice way to spend a couple of hours.
